CRM

This article cover how to set-up Gravity Geeks (CRM) add-ons.

Current Email Marketing add-ons:

There are currently 8 settings options for each CRM add-on. Which are:

  1. Ticket Subject

  2. Body/Ticket Message

  3. Reply To: Customer Email

  4. Customer First Name

  5. Customer Last Name

  6. Customer Mobile #

  7. Ticket Priority

  8. Add File Uploads as Attachments

Ticket Subject

The ticket subject is the subject for the new ticket. It is what you will see at first glance. You can enter static text in this input or dynamic values using field mapping. For example, "New Ticket".

Body/Ticket Message

The ticket message is essentially the ticket itself. It can include both static and dynamic values e.g. the responses included from the customer in form submission. We always suggest using Paragraph inputs for this settings option because it allows users to provide longer amounts of text. However, you can include all of the values simply by adding the merge tag to the input. See the following screenshot for reference.

Reply To: Customer Email

When you are viewing the ticket inside of your CRM, most CRM's do not automatically include the customers email address as the reply to email. So to make responding to your tickets more seamless you can add the customers email address here and we will automatically populate the reply to email address for the ticket.

Customer First Name, Last Name, Mobile

In addition to creating the ticket itself, we also create a contact for you inside of your CRM. By mapping the customers first, last, and mobile number, you can gather more meta data on your customers and be able to respond with more context. Each of these settings inputs allow for field mapping/merge tags.

Ticket Priority

The ticket priority radio options allow you to assign a ticket priority. Ticket priorities allow you to prioritize tickets. Each CRM solution offers their own ticket priorities tags and some allow you to create your own. In our HubSpot add-on we currently have three available options: low medium high

Add File Uploads as Attachments

Our final option is to automatically include file uploads fields in your forms as file attachments for your tickets. When you select yes to this option, we will automatically upload the file uploads directly to your CRM and the files will appear within or alongside the ticket itself.
